59. Agentic RAG

Agentic RAG allows an agent to control retrieval.

Instead of:

query → retrieve → answer

the system can perform:

query
 ↓
plan
 ↓
retrieve
 ↓
evaluate
 ↓
rewrite query
 ↓
retrieve again
 ↓
answer

This can improve retrieval for difficult questions.
